Our shared well with 3 homes had a problem with pressure of the water coming into the homes. Finally, all 3 water heaters had their safety valves blow out water due to the higher than normal pressure of the water coming into our homes. We called Ace Well and Pump Services on a Saturday of a holiday week. Jerry came out within a couple of hours of the call, identified the problem, and fixed it in no time. Service was great, explanations were easy to understand, and all 3 homes are back in service with water. I can’t thank Jerry enough taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. Because of the quality of service we received, I highly recommend this group if you experience and trouble with a private well.

Sweetest man ever. Has now helped me two times. 1st time during a winter storm my well froze I tried everything. I called thinking it would be thousands of dollars to fix. He was so nice told me to try 2 things the second one fixed it instantly, he charged me nothing and was so nice. This time he came up and I live FAR up on a mountain and fixed my problem in 10 mins!!! GREAT PRICE GREAT SERVICE. Will be using him forever!!!

Jerry has serviced our home for years including the previous owners. He is always available when you have an issue and super nice. We appreciate his expertise and for taking good care of us through the years.

I started noticing surging/falling water pressure and suspected an issue with our pressure tank. Jerry and his company came highly recommended, and for good reason. I called at 4pm on Monday and he was at the house before 10am on Tuesday. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to make to repair/replacement in about an hour. Would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend to others as well.

Jerry and Travis were absolutely fantastic. I am a first-time homeowner and am not very familiar with well water maintenance. I have dealt with Jerry and his son for 7 years now. They have been dependable and honest every time. This morning I had a copper pipe that was connected to my pressure tank for my well that bursted and Jerry and his son came as soon as they could to replace it and get my water back on. That meant so much to me that he was able to make room for me last minute. If you want somebody dependable and honest and pleasant to deal with call Jerry and his son.
