After ruling out the obvious issues, they removed the air injector and found it full of debris. After clearing it out and gluing it back in, the pressure tank took seconds to fill (compared to 5+ minutes). Ace Well is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and responsive. I'll call them the next time I have an issue with my well!

They were here first thing Wednesday AM.. diagnosed the problem( well bladder had gone bad) and installed the new bladder and immediately our problem was solved.
